Eligibility
Orders may be placed by anyone aged 18 or over, or by a younger customer with the agreement of a parent or guardian. Delivery and contact details must be accurate and complete.
How pieces are described
Descriptions and measurements are prepared with care. Screen calibration differs from device to device, so a shade can read slightly differently in daylight, and small variations between production runs are normal in clothing. Limited runs are exactly that — we cannot promise a restock.
Prices and the currency shown
Amounts appear in AUD or NZD according to your destination and include any tax owed. Prices can move, but whatever is displayed at the moment you complete checkout is what binds your order.
When a sale is actually made
Submitting an order is an offer to buy from us. The automated email that follows confirms receipt, not acceptance. The agreement between us comes into being when your parcel is handed to Australia Post or NZ Post. Until then we may decline or cancel — where stock has gone, where a price was wrong, or where a payment fails screening — and anything taken is returned in full.
Paying
Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Mastercard, Visa and American Express are accepted. The detail sits in our Payment Policy.
Getting it to you
Dispatch windows, carrier arrangements and transit estimates are set out in our Shipping Policy. Those estimates describe normal performance and are not promises of a specific delivery date.

Codes and campaigns
A promotional code runs only for its stated period, holds no cash value, and cannot be stacked with other offers unless we state otherwise. Campaigns may be withdrawn at any point, which never affects orders already placed.

Photography, wording, graphics, logos and layouts across this store belong to ATTOH COMMERCE LTD or to those who licence them to us. Reproducing or commercially exploiting them without written consent is not permitted.
Fair use of the site
Do not disrupt the store's operation, attempt access to systems you have no right to, harvest our content automatically, or use the store for anything unlawful.
Anything you submit
Send a review, a photo or a comment and you confirm it is yours to send, and you allow us to display it in connection with the store. Anything offensive, misleading, or infringing someone else's rights will be taken down.

Consumer guarantees and the limits of our liability
Goods sold here carry guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. Outside those non-excludable rights, and as far as the law allows, our liability for an order is capped at the amount you paid for the item in question, and indirect or consequential loss is excluded.
Circumstances beyond us
Extreme weather, industrial action, carrier disruption and measures imposed by authorities are outside our control, and delays caused by them are not our responsibility. Where such an event causes a substantial delay, the affected order can be cancelled for a full refund.
Applicable law
These terms sit under the law of England and Wales. That does not remove the protection of the mandatory consumer law of Australia or New Zealand, whichever governs you, and proceedings may be brought in the courts of the country you live in.
Revisions
These terms may be rewritten. Whichever version is published when you order applies to that order.
